Quality control from material review to final inspection
HONCH uses a process-based review of materials, confirmed requirements, workmanship, measurements, branding and packing. The checkpoints are matched to the product and project requirements.
Material Review and Pre-Production Confirmation
Review fabric, trims and other materials against the confirmed project requirements, then confirm the approved sample or pre-production specification before bulk work.
In-Process Inspection
Where relevant, review construction, stitching, measurements, placement, workmanship and branding during production against the confirmed requirements.
Final Inspection and Issue Handling
