What Should Be Included in a Team Uniform Tech Pack?
A practical teamwear Tech Pack checklist covering drawings, measurements, fabrics, branding, construction and packaging.
A team uniform Tech Pack should define technical drawings, product type, measurements, grading where available, fabric requirements, colors, logos, decoration, construction, trims, labels and packaging. It improves communication and quotation accuracy, but it is not mandatory for an initial HONCH review; a reference garment, image, sketch, measurements or brief can also begin the discussion.
Design and sizing
State whether the item is a soccer jersey, basketball uniform, baseball jersey, hockey jersey, rugby jersey, volleyball uniform, tracksuit or training piece. Include front, back and detail drawings, measurement points, tolerance where known and size range.
Fabric and color
List composition, weight or GSM direction, stretch, recovery, breathability, handfeel and intended use. Add color references and contrast panels.
Branding and trims
Show logos, names, numbers, decoration method, placement, zippers, elastic, grippers, labels, care labels, hangtags and other trims.
Construction and packing
Describe seams, hems, reinforcement, panels, closures and packing requirements. Keep revisions dated so production and QC use the same reference.
